Complimentary Hearing Tests
To make looking after your hearing health as simple as possible, we offer complimentary hearing tests. Your appointment lasts around 45–60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to talk things through, ask questions, and get clear answers about your hearing.
During your visit, we will:
Talk through your hearing and any changes you have noticed
Gently examine your ears and ear canals
Carry out a detailed hearing test using the latest equipment
Review your results with you in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Professional Wax Removal
Sometimes, hearing problems are caused simply by a build-up of earwax. Our professional micro-suction service gently removes excess wax using safe suction, with no water involved.
Appointments usually take around 15 minutes, and many people notice clearer hearing straight away.

Our Audiologist - Chris Thwaites.
Chris qualified as an Audiologist in 2007, from Anglia Ruskin University. He has worked in a number of High Street practices providing comprehensive hearing care, and he is also qualified in wax removal via micro-suction. Chris loves being able to help people through multiple aspects of his role - fitting hearing aids to improve their quality of life and also witnessing the immediate difference wax removal procedures can make to a patients’ hearing. Chris enjoys spending time getting to know his patients, listening to their individual stories and providing them with individual hearing solutions to help them thrive with their hearing. In his spare time Chris is a keen pool and snooker player, but also likes to travel to the USA due to having family who moved out there 50 years ago.
