Complimentary Hearing Tests
To make looking after your hearing health as simple as possible, we offer complimentary hearing tests. Your appointment lasts around 45–60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to talk things through, ask questions, and get clear answers about your hearing.
During your visit, we will:
Talk through your hearing and any changes you have noticed
Gently examine your ears and ear canals
Carry out a detailed hearing test using the latest equipment
Review your results with you in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Professional Wax Removal
Sometimes, hearing problems are caused simply by a build-up of earwax. Our professional micro-suction service gently removes excess wax using safe suction, with no water involved.
Appointments usually take around 15 minutes, and many people notice clearer hearing straight away.

Our Audiologist - Zoe Fishwick.
After completing her Hearing Care Assistant course in 2022, Zoe went on to achieve her degree in Hearing Aid Audiology from De Montfort University in 2024. Alongside her studies, she worked in private practice, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a strong understanding of the importance of patient-centred care from the very beginning of her career.
Zoe is passionate about helping people hear better and improve their everyday lives. She enjoys getting to know her patients, understanding what matters most to them, and finding solutions that genuinely meet their individual needs. Building trust and long-lasting relationships is a key part of what she loves about her role, and she is committed to providing ongoing care and support to every patient she meets.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys making memories with her family, who mean the world to her. From family days out to quiet moments together, she treasures spending time with her loved ones and believes that it’s the little moments that matter most.
