We have a wide range of different appointment types available, not all are available for online booking. In the following circumstances please contact the store directly:

• If you cannot see an appropriate appointment type or time to suit.
• If you need to book a glasses collection appointment.
• If you are under 18 or booking on the behalf of an under 18.
• If you are a contact lens wearer but are new to us.
• If you would like to try contact lenses for the first time or return to contact lenses.
• If you require a specialist contact lens appointment such as mini scleral or ortho K.

This online booking service is for routine appointments only, it is not for emergencies. Please contact the store directly and immediately if you have any concerns. If it is outside our opening times, you can seek emergency care from Bristol Eye Hospital in their opening hours or call 111.
